Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you and your pet live, your custom Happy Woofie portrait can make its way to you.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but on average you can expect your order to arrive within 2-6 days.
Once your artwork is approved, we’ll handle the rest and make sure it gets to you quickly and safely!
Can I return my item?
If something’s not quite right — like if your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards — we’ll happily send you a replacement at no extra cost.
If your delivery goes missing in the mail, we’ve got your back. Just reach out, and we’ll make sure a fresh order is on its way to you.
Because our products are uniquely made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for changes of heart — but we’re always here to help if you have any concerns.
What shipping providers do you use?
We offer a range of shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, etc., all over the world. Our selection of the shipping provider for your order will be based on a number of factors, such as the country of delivery, the selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. You can check the available shipping providers for your order at checkout.
How much does it cost to ship my items?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs, and rates are calculated automatically based on your region and selected provider.
Something missing from your order?
In some cases, items may ship separately - especially if you’ve ordered different types of products like a mug and a framed print. This helps ensure everything arrives safely and in the best condition.
If you've received your package and something’s still missing, don’t worry - just reach out to us and we’ll sort it out right away.
Managing Your Order & Purchase
Can I cancel my order?
We totally understand that plans can change! You're welcome to cancel your order and receive a full refund - as long as we haven’t started processing it yet. Processing begins once our team starts reviewing your photos, so be sure to reach out quickly if you’ve changed your mind. Because each portrait is custom-made, we’re unable to cancel or refund orders that have already entered production.
Of course, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right with a free reprint and replacement.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link — just click the link to follow your package every step of the way.
Will I get a preview before I place my order?
Once your order is placed, our skilled digital artists get to work carefully transforming your photo into a custom piece of art that blends beautifully with your selected design. Each portrait is crafted with great attention to detail, which takes time. Because of this, we’re unable to provide a preview before your purchase is complete.

This combination ensures your pet’s personality shines through with stunning detail. We print on premium paper using high-quality inks, resulting in vibrant, sharp artwork made to last.
